To access the full features of Grammarlyze, you must purchase and activate a valid license key. Your license key is personal and non-transferable.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Circumvent any security measures or usage limitations
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to our Service. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are available on our website.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel your subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service to spread malware or engage in phishing activities
  • Attempt to overwhelm or abuse the Service through excessive requests

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAMMARLYZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grammarlyze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
